Description. ♀. Length of body 3.5 mm. Head 1.45 times as wide as pronotum, behind eyes roundly narrowed, width 1.6 times length and 1.1 times height. Genae slightly longer than eye (6.5). Base of ocellar triangle equal to distance from it to eye. Distance between posterior ocelli 3 times diameter of ocellus. Longitudinal diameter of eye 1.8 times transverse diameter and 3.5 times cheek. Distance between tentorial pits twice distance from pit to eye. Antennae 22-segmented. Length of 1st flagellar segment 3 times width, length of 12th- 15th segments equaling their width, length of segments of apical part of antenna slightly greater than width. Propodeum with distinct transverse ridge. Radial cell approximately twice 2nd radiomedial cell, its anterior margin 0.67 length of pterostigma. 2nd segment of radial vein slightly shorter than 1st segment, 1/5 length of 3rd segment and 1/3 length of 1st radiomedial vein; 3rd segment of radial vein in apical third swollen outwardly. Abdomen oblongoval, with tooth on apex; length twice width, 3.5 times maximal height in apical 1/3. Ovipositor hidden.

Anterior margin of radial cell 0.67-0.83 length of pterostigma; 2nd segment of radial vein twice length or slightly longer than 1st segment. 0.17-0.25 length of 3rd segment, and 0.25-0.40 length of 1st radiomedial vein.
